* If only one night is booked, the following cleaning charges will be added to your reservation.

Payment is required in advance and must be received within 7 days prior to the date of your arrival. A non-refundable advanced payment of $40 per night plus tax for the cabins and $100 per night plus tax for the Lodge and is required at the time of booking the reservation. The advanced payment is applied to the room charges and the balance is due 7 days before arrival.
We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, Visa and MasterCard.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. If you cancel more than two weeks from your arrival date, you will only be charged the non-refundable advanced payment plus any applicable credit card processing fees.
Please understand that we are a small property and cancellations affect us greatly. In the unlikely event that you must cancel less than fourteen (14) days from the arrival date, you will be charged the full amount unless we are able to re-book your cabin(s) and/or lodge. If we can re-book your cabin(s) and/or lodge, you will only be charged the non-refundable advanced payment plus any applicable credit card processing fees.
PETS: Sorry, WE DO NOT PERMIT PETS INSIDE THE LODGE. Violation of this policy may result in a charge to your credit card for the amount of cleaning and damages. Arbuckle Family Lodges retains the right to enter and inspect at any time it deems necessary. Pets are allowed in the Kountry Kottage, Oldies Cabin and Saloon Cabin. There is an additional cleaning fee of $50 for pet. Pets must be house trained, and are required to be in a kennel when left alone in the cabins.
Arbuckle Family Lodges are a smoke free property; Smoking is permitted in OUTSIDE designated areas only. Violation of this policy may result in a charge to your credit card for the amount of cleaning and damages.
